Job Description:

As a Performance Improvement Leader in Cerner Government Services you will cultivate external client relationships to achieve business objectives as well as direct and support a team of associates responsible for client engagement deliverables. You will consult with external clients to define key value objectives for the engagement, scope, and success metrics and identify data points for baseline analysis and discovery. In scope for this role, will be to consult with data analyst to develop analytics strategy and lead performance analysis and discovery with clients to develop a performance improvement strategy and approach that achieves improvement objectives. This role will also allow you to support business development by defining new portfolio offerings via the creation of collateral and repeatable processes.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, Health Care, a related field or equivalent relevant work experience

  • At least 5 years of technology implementation or strategic consulting work experience

  • Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position

  • Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of Health care information technology (HCIT) project management, sales or consulting work experience

  • Six Sigma Green Belt - International Association for Six Sigma Certification

Expectations:

  • Willing to travel up to 80% as needed

  • Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to an already virtually approved location

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position

  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
