Our business is expanding and we're looking for a driven, collaborative, and forward-thinking Business Analyst to join our team.
The Business Analyst is responsible for all technical and functional aspects of the Geeding Construction ERP System. We’re searching for an experienced business analyst to provide technical solutions that serve both our field and corporate business objectives allowing us to offer essential, diverse and responsive pipeline maintenance and integrity services.
Essential Functions:
Serve as ERP System Administrator
Participate on ERP (Viewpoint) development and implementation team
Develop custom ERP reports using Crystal Reports and SSRS
Develop custom logic within SQL Server Database
Serve as Project Manager, Business Analyst, Developer for Information Technology projects as required
Analyze current business processes, identify problems/opportunities, and make recommendations for improvement
Backup Desktop and Network Support Group
Backup Security Administrator
Assist Management and Leadership in determining strategy around utilization and selection of Information Technology
Manage third party vendor contracts and relationships
Minimum Knowledge & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio working with ERP Database
Crystal Reports Development
SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) Development
Knowledge and experience using Stored Procedures, Database Triggers and SQL Database Automation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Great analytical, critical thinking, innovation, and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of accounting and project management processes
Preferred Knowledge and Experience:
Web site development
Experience with Viewpoint ERP
Familiarity with VBA for Excel Automation
Experience as a developer with multiple programming languages
Desktop and network support experience
