JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description Merritt Hawkins RECRUITING ASSOCIATE is an integral part of the recruitment process as they successfully identify and consult with physicians to maintain a pipeline of providers by continued communication via phone and email in effort to place providers on client assignments. The Recruiting Associate successfully utilizes and manages all available resources including internet inquiries, internal referrals, database searches, networking, and outside website resources in order to prioritize and contact leads using a high-volume phone strategy. In addition to responsibilities of sourcing and qualifying candidates, the Recruiting Associate also works closely with key accounts and Search Consultants to further progress candidates throughout the recruiting process. The Recruiting Associate must possess detailed knowledge of physician specialties and financial models as well as utilize effective phone-based sales techniques to capture the interest of qualified and motivated candidates. The ideal candidate is someone that is results oriented, has a drive to succeed, and has a documented history of success in finding quality candidates. Provided with the tools and training you need, a successful Recruiting Associate would have the opportunity to transition to a Search Consultant. This position offers an unlimited earning potential with a base salary and uncapped commission structure! JOB TASKS: * Source leads within region using web search, and industry resources through high volume outbound phone strategy * Maintain an updated target list of active searches to source candidates for by maintaining a working relationship with Consultants. * Utilize and manage all available candidate resources including internet inquiries, internal referrals, the Salesforce database, network of research consultants, and outside website resources. * Screen interested candidates according to the position and client parameters. * Perform initial quality check by probing background and work history using checklist. * Use consultative selling skills and probing questions in order to uncover candidate motivation and needs. * Work closely with Search Consultants to progress quality candidates through the recruiting process, from screening and presenting opportunities to interviewing and search completion.EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE MINIMUM EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: * High School Diploma or equivalent PREFERRED EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: * College degree or equivalent MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: * 0-2 years of professional sales experience * Competitive nature- desire to achieve and self-driven to succeed * Excellent time management and organizational skills * Strong work ethic and the ability to overcome objections PREFERRED EXPERIENCE * 2 years sales experience, including some phone sales experience Respect Passion Continuous Improvement Trust Customer Focus Innovation AMN Healthcare is an EEO/AA/Disability/Protected Veteran EmployerWe encourage minority and female applicants to apply Company is committed to fostering and maintaining a diverse team that reflects the communities we serve.
