The role is part of the Advisory Operations Portfolio Implementation team supporting the Personalized UMA Multi-Sleeve Advisory Program. This team provides oversight and overlay trading support on 55,000+ Multi-Sleeve accounts. Specifically this role will be responsible for the trade implementation of new accounts, investing of new money, raising funds for client needs, liquidation of accounts, and processing allocation changes as directed. In addition, this position will be responsible for successful communication with internal and external money managers to execute client requests as well as daily monitoring of cash and security drift to ensure accounts are following the selected models. This requires a high level of accuracy and timeliness of the implementation to ensure the best client experience. The area continues to show growth, adding more strategies, and enhancing the product.
1+ year of client service experience
Successfully completed FINRA Series 7, and 63 (or 66) exams to qualify for immediate registration (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Good attention to detail and accuracy skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to understand client concerns, questions, and problems pertaining to financial transactions
Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
Knowledge and understanding of advisory products and services
Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas
Other Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of MAST II, APL, BETA, MMS
Obtaining and/or maintaining appropriate Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) license(s) is required for ongoing employment in this position. In addition state registration, specific product licenses or SAFE licensing may apply. Additional requirements include meeting enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards. Wells Fargo will initiate the FINRA review process at the time of offer acceptance.
For specific FINRA qualification exams obtained after 9/30/2018, the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam co-requisite may also be required
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
MO-Saint Louis: Min: $47,500 Mid: $55,000
