We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help support the growing demand of hiring across our U.S. locations. This role will be responsible for supporting all things recruitment from creating job requisitions to extending offers. This is a temporary role with an estimated duration through the end of the year. At this time the position will be in office Monday and Wednesday and remote Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Assist hiring teams with coordinating calendars and scheduling candidates for interviews through various methods (e.g. Zoom, structured interviews, video interviews, assessments, bench tests, etc.)

  • Create and post new job requisitions

  • Create and extend e-offers in ATS

  • Coordinate and execute the hiring process

  • Source qualified candidates via job sites, ATS, networking, etc.

  • Collaborate with recruiters daily to discuss needs and tasks to be completed

  • Facilitate and maintain accurate tracking of candidate movement through the recruitment process

  • Maintain various reports on hiring progress and other recruiting metrics

  • Be an advocate for Anheuser-Busch to all candidates and external sources

  • Support various special projects as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field required

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Experienced in calendar management

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced, high volume environment

  • Effective analytical and planning skills

  • Comfortable communicating professionally to all levels of candidates and leaders

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

  • Taleo experience preferred
