This Senior Talent Development professional will collaborate across our Workforce Services team and the global IT organization to understand and assess talent needs, design and deliver high impact initiatives, and evaluate and measure the outcomes – all to advance our growing and evolving workforce.
This role will be instrumental in partnering to meet current talent needs while also proposing creative, forward-thinking ideas to improve organizational performance and support key business objectives to drive individual, team and business growth.

Collaborate across the organization to develop business acumen and build relationships needed to bring forward programs and solutions that address business and talent needs.
Responsible for end-to-end talent development solution ownership, including assessment, conducting research, making recommendations, gaining approval, sourcing, designing, developing, implementing and evaluating solutions with a focus on technical training.
Serve as credible resource for talent development needs, providing guidance and proposing solutions that leverage your knowledge of and experience in talent development and talent management.
Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and utilize consulting skills to understand, clarify, identify, and/or define impactful objectives for, and successful outcomes of, talent development efforts.
Leverage a variety of formats and techniques with an emphasis on interactivity and real-world application relevant for adult learners in our business environment.
Develop evaluation and measurement procedures to assess the effectiveness of talent development initiatives and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Identify, assess, recommend, manage and evaluate vendor partners. Negotiate contracts in partnership with appropriate internal leaders and business partners.
Design, develop and maintain quality training materials; review vendor materials for same.
Perform tasks such as scheduling classes, creating communications and marketing plans, supporting on-site offerings, preparing reports, monitoring costs, and entering development-related information into the LMS.
Contribute to project teams working on talent development and Workforce Services initiatives.
Remain current on talent development trends and best practices, utilizing learning to improve job performance as well as to make recommendations to continuously improve the Talent Development function.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent development, training and development, organization development or related field in a large, corporate environment
Knowledge of learning theory, instructional design, adult learning principles
Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience preparing training and development communications
Experience selecting and managing vendor relationships
Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with others. Will need flexible communication and work style to support our multi-location and global organization
Excellent strategic and conceptual thinking skills
Strong communication, influencing, and consulting skills with the ability to organize and express ideas clearly, position thoughts and perspectives effectively, and influence for support of shared projects and outcomes
Ability to set and manage multiple priorities using strong organizational, process, project, and stakeholder management skills
Proficient with Windows technology and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
Exemplifies professional behavior and adheres to policies and procedures. Experience developing standards, processes and procedures
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organization Development, or related field
Experience utilizing blended and remote learning approaches preferred
Experience in Information Technology or other technical function strongly preferred
Experience working for a global company preferred
Experience working in a learning management system preferred
Experience creating and maintaining Sharepoint sites preferred
