KPMG is currently seeking a Sr. Associate, Change Management to join our Digital Business Transformation organization. This opportunity is open to internal candidates from all KPMG US locations and external candidates interested in being based in the city listed within this posting.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and effectively communicate the Change Management policy, process and procedures across the functional teams and leadership

  • Support process improvement projects using continuous process improvement methodology

  • Ensure Change Request meets all requirements before deployment to increase success likelihood, reduce risk, and minimize the impact of change-related incidents on service quality

  • Provide on-going support of a collaborative Change Management process utilizing ServiceNow

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of practical experience in Change Control

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

  • Basic Knowledge of Change Management operations, policies, procedures, and standards

  • Able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and team work

  • Strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans

  • Personal negotiation skills to request additional information or clarification from requester if needed; Reject or defer Change Requests, as appropriate, based on the initial review
