YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Specialist, are to:
Serve as the point person for HR Acuity including logging intake forms, assigning cases, investigation tracking, reporting and metrics;
Ensure all updated and approved policies are posted in a timely manner;
Respond to inquiry escalations from the HR Front Desk re: policy interpretation;
Assist Employee Relations Managers in document findings and conclusions and closing out reports;
Administer processes in accordance to the agreed corporate or business policies and procedures;
Proactively participate in assigned projects as needed;
Drive efficient Human Resources Services delivery of their specific process as well as corresponding interfaces;
Proactively identify service delivery issues by taking appropriate actions to resolve and generally improve quality standards and metrics (including third party Key Performance Indicators);
Handle all complex process activities;
Be proactively involved in cross departmental groups and projects to support an integrated HR service;
Has an overview about HR processes, changes, project requests and developments and supports in team in administrative tasks, as needed;
Manages and owns individual queries, which can include allocating a query to a specific Manager or Associate Manager to resolve;
Takes ownership for the resolution of those queries in which this candidate feels confident in their ability to resolve in a timely, accurate and value-added responses.

Bachelor’s degree in related field with at least two years of transferable experience in a business environment;
Demonstrated advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a priority in SharePoint and Excel;
Project management skills managing small to mid-scale projects and participating in large scale projects;
Ability to communicate effectively to employees and management;
Strong written/oral communication and presentation skills.
*This role can be based out of the Bayer Site in St. Louis, MO or Whippany, NJ.*
