ASRC Federal Holding Company Senior Business Analyst in St. Louis, Missouri

Required Skills and Competencies:

The successful candidate will have experience in the following:

  • Exceptional communication skills in English -- both written and oral -- and the ability to communicate ng Object-Oriented design skills

  • Solid understanding of relational database concepts

  • Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)

  • Experience in Agile Development Methodology, especially Scrum

  • Ability to multi task and work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

Desired Skills:

  • Experience using Confluence and Jira

  • Experience working in a federal government IT environment

  • Experience designing for virtual configurations

  • Experience using REST approach in software development

  • Experience in Agile development methodoligies, such as Scrum

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field.

  • Seven plus years of experience as a business analyst, system analyst, or similar role.

  • Candidates without a college degree will be considered, but must have at least 15 years of relevant development experience
