People & Culture Program Manager

Position Summary:

Under supervision of the Director, People & Culture Operations, the People & Culture Program Manager is responsible for project managing, planning and executing the roll-out of innovative People & Culture programs. The ideal candidate will have experience developing comprehensive, integrated project plans, driving execution of project work streams, monitoring statuses, and rapidly identifying and resolving potential issues. This role will partner across the organization to enable P&C strategies and is integral to the success of P&C at Lumeris.

Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage cyclical P&C programs end-to-end, including performance & talent management, compensation planning, employee experience, rewards & recognition, and more

  • Develop change management plans and partner with internal communications for high-adoption rollouts

  • Set metrics and gather feedback from the organization to monitor, improve, and iterate on program performance and outcomes

  • Connect simultaneous P&C projects through an integrated project management approach

  • Partner with HRBPs, management, and other stakeholders to stay in tune with and understand current business needs and to enable P&C strategies


  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business

  • 5+ years of experience managing programs, and/or simultaneous projects, preferably in Human Resources

  • Experience presenting to and building relationships with management and leadership

  • Passionate about details, planning, prioritization, and organization

  • Crisp and clear written and verbal communication skills

  • High level of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail

  • Strong focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations
