As our Organization Change Management and Learning Lead, you ll be responsible for the development and execution of key strategies and training for creating and sustaining a high-performing organization. Success is measured by creating and implementing strategies that blend the following key elements; stakeholder engagement and communications, organizational alignment and culture, training and capability. Providing consultation in change management, organizational effectiveness and learning, and orchestrating cultural development and organizational change initiatives are essential skills in aligning Nestle s GLOBE IS/IT NA goals and strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communications
Plan and implement change projects and strategies, which support the vision, mission, and goals of the GLOBE IS/IT North America organization
Build and execute appropriate change management and communications deliverables including, but not limited to written communications and facilitating training
Develop strategic partnerships with HR, continuous improvement teams, and other internal stakeholders to identify and intervene on change management initiatives. Address organizational issues by engaging key stakeholders to proactively implement appropriate interventions
Organizational Alignment & Culture
Lead the design, development, coordination, implementation, delivery, and evaluation of learning and development programs that support organizational objectives (needs assessments, designing, and developing appropriate classroom and technology-based training)
Carry out organizational assessments, make recommendations for change, design new structures, establish processes and initiatives that foster organizational agility and employee engagement
Training & Capability
Lead team and capability building, coaching, and team effectiveness
Assess risks associated with change initiatives, and implement actions to manage any negative impacts
Support managers and teams through transitions to build teams and develop soft skills
Build and deploy onboarding, on the job training, leadership development, and people development programs
Readiness, Adoption, & Metrics
- Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Management/Development, Organizational Development/Behavior, Organizational Psychology, or other related degree focuses required
Master s degree focused in Human Resources Management/Development, Organizational Development/Behavior, or Organizational Psychology preferred
5+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development/Organizational Effectiveness, Learning and Training or closely related field for an Information Technology group required
2+ years of experience of leading and managing organizational change management and organizational effectiveness projects required
Experience with program/project governance, project management, managing teams, and coordinating third party suppliers preferred
Experience working in an IT global environment preferred, not required
