Cigna Operations Senior Analyst- Express Scripts in St. Louis, Missouri
The Client Service Specialist is responsible for handling a multitude of requests for their appointed workstream including issue analysis, problem solving and other tasks to ensure satisfactory results for SAM and Sales and Account Management Optimization (SAMO). Position requires basic account service and operational knowledge in order to successfully complete assigned work. Position requires routine communication with internal cross-functional partners but is not external facing. Position may participate in process improvement activities and other projects as assigned by leadership.

Maintains ownership for assigned Service Requests with a focus on quality and timeliness to meet all defined service standards to ensure CST and client satisfaction
Works closely with SAM while handling work stream specific assignments including but not limited to one or more of the following: client user access, client terminations, communications, file feeds, reporting requests and general inquiries
Resolves routine or standard problems using existing procedures and escalates as needed
Shows willingness to engage in process improvement initiatives and other team projects
Supports special projects as assigned by leadership
Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office products, e-mail and the Internet
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills highly desirable
Strong attention to detail; problem solving and analytical skills preferred
Knowledge of the health care and PBM industry and its products and services desired
Ability to work cross functionally to resolve issues
Strong focus on customer service
Ability to manage timelines and meet tight deadlines
