Neighbors Credit Union Marketing Data Analyst in St. Louis, Missouri
Neighbors Credit Union is looking for a full-time Marketing Data Analyst who will be responsible for supporting our member database information, including performing data analysis, report creation/maintenance, and relevant data mining. This analyst will use the information and insights to inform our marketing content and consumer messaging.

As the Marketing Analyst, you will assist the VP of Marketing by managing Web, electronic and mail efforts as well as data production and analysis processes to help the credit union accomplish our strategic goals.

Data production and analysis – Complete the monthly Marketing Customer Information File (MCIF) system and other marketing database updates. Determine target and pull mailing lists for prospective mailings and calling campaigns. Coordinate mailings with mail house and track responses based on the MCIF. In addition, pull reports and lists as needed for the marketing department as well as other departments. Use system and reports to identify trends to produce better results for credit union marketing efforts.
Reporting - Provides the VP of Marketing with required position reports to monitor website and data trends. Pulls tracking reports. Pulls reports for other departments as needed. A good sense of statistical analysis to help interpret the reports, is needed.
Web, electronic and email efforts – Manage the company website, online banking sites, microsites and all web efforts. Administer marketing campaigns for online and mobile banking with vendor. Work with vendors to ensure the success of SEM and SEO efforts. Manage email marketing efforts. Update email database, determine targets and conduct any email data mining and retargeting. Coordinate all social media efforts and ensure comments are addressed on various pages. Create videos and other various electronic messaging for the credit union.
A Bachelor of Science degree in marketing or communications from an accredited college or University. Or a minimum of three years related marketing, web/digital or analyst experience.
1-2 years of SQL experience needed.
Must exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work successfully, independently, and in a team environment. Must be able to manage priorities and balance diverse projects through strong organizational and planning skills. Present a professional appearance and manner. Exhibit a positive attitude and be highly personable.
Successful candidates will be creative and detail oriented to respond to the ever-changing credit union market and digital industry. Must possess data mining skills for the effective use of a MCIF/CRM system. Mathematical skills are required to monitor and analyze data. The position requires the necessary skills for the effective use of PC software including Microsoft Office, and the Internet, as well as other general office equipment.
