Job Description :
Identify business opportunities within and across Sprint Business Units by applying a structured approach using data and analytics.
Provide executives with key insights on prioritized opportunities including decision making support and criteria for evaluation.
Develop business cases by working with key stakeholders and Transformation Office team members to develop key hypothesis scoping programs and projects to help executives leverage opportunities and achieve desired business outcomes .
Stays abreast on industry leading telecom topics, trends and functional best practices to support the development of intellectual capital and educating stakeholders and team members on these topics.
Work with key stakeholders and TO the team members to develop key hypothesis and autonomously structure projects end-to-end identifying the key modules including scope, key milestones and critical success factors.
Manage the comprehensive end-to-end delivery of a project, identify key time scales for the different modules .
Manage and coach team members, delegating and overseeing tasks and modules.
Independently structure and produce project documents end-to-end, providing holistic and valuable insights and recommendations.
Provide regular updates to the executive sponsor regarding achievement of milestones including budget, business case and timelines and work collaboratively with the sponsor to ensure forward momentum.
This position is located out of our headquarters in Overland Park, KS.
• Bachelor's degree and eight years related work experience or twelve years related work experience post high school
• Three years leadership, supervisory or management experience
• Five years experience external consulting
• Seven years’ experience within a top tier management consultancy firm
• MBA from a leading global business school
• In depth knowledge and interest in the Telecommunications, Media and Digital (TMT) industry
