Primary Duties Include:

  • Train, lead, and support Job Developers within the SLATE team, across all departments and programs.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources and provide ongoing communication regarding case activities.

  • Provide job readiness training services, including assisting with employment application completion, resume development, and interviewing preparation

  • Maintaining documentation for consumer files and maintaining confidentiality according to Agency guidelines.

  • Responsible along with other leadership team members to meet monthly and annual goals for placement of participants in various grants and programs.

  • Document employer contacts and complete all required paperwork and documentation in the state database.

Qualifications:

  • AA/AS or BS/BA in rehabilitation counseling, psychology, social work or related field and 3+ years relevant work experience or sales strongly preferred.

  • Valid drivers license, current auto insurance, and independent transportation required.
