St. Louis Community College Grant Coordinator in St. Louis, Missouri

Full-Time/Part-Time: Full Time

Duties/Job Description:

The successful candidate for this position will be a detail oriented, computer literate person with exceptional people skills that enable the successful candidate to work with all levels of the College’s organization.

POSITION SUMMARY :

Performs duties as lead project professional to coordinate direct professional services to students or clients; develops materials and procedures; maintains contacts with professionals in other areas. Performs normal supervisory functions.

PRIMARY DUTIES :

Duties for this position include tracking expenditures for the College’s Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations ( CRRSAA ) and American Rescue Plan Act ( ARPA ) and similar awards from the State of Missouri and assuring that all plans and expenses are completed within grant award deadlines.

This will include frequent report development and delivery and the ability to understand and implement Federal and State award language and directions.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and over three (3) years of relevant full time experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience working in a grant or contract environment.

Proven ability to complete grant objectives.
