This position is within the International Supply Chain Import/Export Team and is responsible for the portfolio management of the finished goods of our export products from the North America Zone.
Responsible for export out of the North American Zone portfolio, based in St. Louis, MO.
Controls, coordinates and submits the RFS (Request for Feasibility Study) process for all the innovations and inflow/outflow of SKUs/Liquids/materials and articles in the portfolio (including packaging adjustment) to be prepared for approval meetings with VP Supply, Supply MANCOM, Zone Innovation Director.
Ensures the communication (towards importers) and implementation of all RFS rules & policy (this includes obsolete management policy).
Manage the stability of the portfolio and its movements and the phasing in and phasing out of each stock keeping unit (SKU) and you keep the status of this SKU up to date in the correct database.
Lead the packaging change together with the relevant packaging agency and coordinate discussions between importer and packaging agency.
Build out a professional network with all key stakeholders both within supply (Master Data, MRP, SNP, Scheduling, Technical departments) and out (Materials, Procurement, Marketing, Sales, Export/Import team...)
Develop & improve monthly reporting routine of zone Portfolio KPIs (RFS time to approve, RFS time to implement and RFS completeness compliance)
Lead the initiatives/efforts towards de-complexity of the portfolio with the aim of optimizing the variety and profitability of the SKUs we produce. You work and support on supply efficiencies to improve: speed to market, compliance rate, portfolio optimization.
Participate in innovation projects to cover the supply vision and guidelines.
Assist in export demand planning processes, aligning that demand from the importing zones is accurate and reflected in the production plan.
Own and manage all export master data and pricing, maintaining the collaboration between International and US Teams
Bachelor's degree in Business/Supply Chain, Engineering, International Business, Finance or related fields
3 years of experience in Supply Chain, planning, Logistics and International transportation
Fluent in English - multilingual is a plus
Excellent communication skills
International Culture Mindset: the candidate will have to work within a highly multicultural environment across all Zones
Ability to lead and execute projects, takes initiative, and looks for improvements.
Result driven, owner and pragmatic.
Analytical skills, and expert in Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
