You will play a critical role in the firms growth and sustained financial durability. As part of this team, you will have the ability to influence decision making and contribute to new strategies. You will also drive operational effectiveness and efficiency to assist us in achieving business goals.This Financial Communications Analyst and Visualization professional supports the Financial Reporting Planning and Analysis team and Finance partners. This person will help in developing and collaborating on various Financial Presentations and other financial communications.Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:Preparation (including concept development) of customized executive-level management financial communications (presentations, narratives, summaries, reports).Practice, develop and teach best practices for financial story visualization.Review and provide feedback on financial information and reporting prepared by other associates.Development and implementation of Tableau reporting for financial use cases.Verbally communicate presentation of financial information. Develop ideas to illustrate financial story and trends to senior Firm leaders.Develop department, divisional and Firm-level reporting. Create measurements to create awareness of and accountability for results.Ability to develop financial communication ideas. Drive ideas to execution with little or no direction from others.Examples of financial information communications this role will be involved in:Annual Partners Meeting - Financial UpdateMonthly Partners Meeting Financial UpdateMonthly Results Communications (Monthly Memo, Dashboards, Revenue Reporting, Divisional or Firm Program Reporting, etc.)Trimester Results Reporting including Bonus Level CommunicationsBusiness Acumen Sessions (internal and external)Updates for the Firm ForumsOther Various Financial or Hot Topic UpdatesQualifications Required in the Job:Bachelor's degree is required with emphasis in Accounting or Finance highly preferred (or relevant work experience). CPA/International country equivalent or MBA preferred. 7 years of relevant work experience.Functional/Technical Qualifications:Ability to understand financial information, including financial statements and financial analysis. Recommend visualization choices best illustrate the financial story. This is to aid in business acumen, financial stewardship or business decision making.Ability to perform moderate financial analysis and modeling. This is to help identify financial trends to highlight in communications.Intermediate to advanced understanding of accounting processes. Also, with financial statements required.Ability to summarize complex financial information and concepts. Clearly communicate to executive-level Firm leadership.Ability to influence associates and leadership up to the Executive Management level. This will be using verbal, written, and presentation skills.Ability to prioritize and execute on multiple tasks/projects. Work with multiple leaders and teams. Adjust to changing priorities sometimes within tight timelines.Works effectively both autonomously and in a team environment.Must have experience in planning and organizing as well as a high attention to detail.Moderate project management skills required to understand scope of work. Develop project plan and timeline.
