Position Overview:We are looking for an awesome Executive Assistant to perform hands on high-level administrative support for two of our executives who are based in St. Louis. Our ideal candidate is a proactive people-person. Extraordinary attention to detail is a must. What You Will Do:
Act as the first point of contact for executive. Decide what inquiries, meetings, and requests are priorities, what is/isn’t worth the executive's time, and what can be delegated to other team members, etc.
Heavy calendar management. EA will ensure schedule runs smoothly and time is being used in the most efficient way possible. Some personal calendaring expected.
Light email correspondence on behalf of the executive.
Meeting coordination (e.g. webex, Google Hangout/video conference).
Complete expense reports and monthly credit card reporting for executive and department heads.
Own projects from start to finish and all the details in between.
Point of contact for administrative support to San Francisco office and Engineering department across offices.
Offsite Planning, Conference Room and Meeting Management, Travel and Expense Administration.
Vendor management and point of contact for Engineering procurement requests.

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years of professional work experience with a history of delivering high quality results under pressure.
People love to come talk to you! You feel completely comfortable interacting with people through all parts of the organization, while maintaining a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality. Ability to motivate and inspire.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with experience succeeding in a fast paced environment.
High integrity, ethical, with ability to act with discretion in sensitive matters.
A can-do "make it happen" attitude: you are comfortable making decisions with little supervision or direction. Jack/Jill of all trades. You would never say “That’s not my job!”.
Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge to improving systems and processes to help the organization work more efficiently.
Excellent creative thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work well independently and in a team environment while staying self-motivated and flexible.
