Our people make all the difference in our success. The Executive Assistant will provide advanced administrative support to senior leadership within Evernorth. This position will be critical in managing calendars, preparing for meetings, partnering with key stakeholders and coordinating projects.
Anticipate organizational needs and perform administrative functions
Prepare and coordinate materials for meetings and presentations
Handle department invoicing process, coordinate with procurement and accounts payable
Partner with stakeholders on project needs
Provide logistical support for department
Coordinate onboarding for new employees
Manipulate data and prepare reports using spreadsheets
Compose communications, memos and correspondence
Special projects as assigned
Bachelor degree preferred, but not required
4-6 years of Experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
Experience in Project Coordination
