Are passionate about understanding consumer behavior and merchandising strategies to deliver optimized pricing and assortments to around 1,000 stores.
Utilize data and insights to drive strategic initiatives and actionable growth strategies for our customer.
Partner with Buyers, Planners, and Marketing teams regarding promotional and merchandising strategies that deliver against our sales, margin, and turn goals.
Lead exploration of new systems and capabilities to explore business model changes, innovate processes to drive efficiencies
We seek people with these qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, Statistics, or related field
5+ years’ experience managing consumer and/or retail data
Managing and leading a team is preferred
Confident, collaborative and able to bridge the gap between technical needs and business strategies
JDA maintenance and upgrading experience is a plus
Proficiency in SQL preferred / working knowledge of Oracle or SQL server database
