Louisa Foods is currently seeking qualified applicants for an Data Entry Analyst - Sales Division. We are looking for a responsible self-starter with professional demeanor, great communication skills and attention to detail.

The Data Entry Analyst will be performing duties such as: Analyzing data and preparation of sales & marketing performance reports, Compiling information and data for purposes of analyzing, interpreting, monitoring and reporting, Developing monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports for management, Produce, execute and monitoring of contracts, Assist with accounting, inventory, project management and sales department, Management of finished goods inventory at multiple warehouses.

  • Associate's degree in accounting, business administration or related field, preferred.

  • Two or more years of general accounting experience, or any satisfactory combination of experience and education/training to demonstrate the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties.

  • Must have advanced knowledge of MS Office software, specifically Excel.

  • Must have advanced knowledge of a variety of office practices and procedures.
