Kforce Change Manager in St. Louis, Missouri

Kforce has a client in search of a Change Manager in Saint Louis, MO.Duties: * Conduct surveys and cultural diagnostic activities at the site: Gather key cultural and change readiness insights (through 1:1 interviews, focus groups, surveys) from employees; Analyze data and create reinforcement action plan based on employee feedback * Identify and plan for anticipated resistance * Consult and coach leaders to accept best practices of implementing changes that stick, even when the approach is counter cultural * Coach site leadership and change champions; Facilitate regional change champion network * Deliver training related to leading change and/or facilitate the delivery of training by subject matter experts * Bachelor's degree * Master's degree in Business, Organization Development (OD), Organizational Psychology, Communication, or HR (HM can be flexible on degree requirement if MA is in process or they have a BA with 10 years of experience) * 3 years of end-to-end change management experience with a proven track record of results * Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts with demonstrated results * Organizational change management certification or designation preferred Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
