Raytheon IIS/GIS provides Operations and Maintenance support for the Intelligence Community Job Description: Raytheon has an exciting and challenging opportunity available for a Change and Release Specialist III supporting an Intelligence Community Customer's wide-area (WAN), local-area (LAN) and campus-area (CAN) networks across multiple security domains. Develops, maintains, releases, and tracks engineering/systems/development documents in paper and/or electronic form, ensuring documents reflect the latest requirements. Compiles release packages, verifying all documents are present including all necessary approvals and dates. Notifies appropriate customer and staff personnel of any new or updated data and distributes copies of release packages as required. Manages and maintains an audit trail on print packages, ensuring current configuration contains latest revisions. Responsible for developing new processes and maturing existing processes based on best-practice frameworks. Ensure specific performance indicators are met or exceeded. Required Skills: •High School Diploma and 6+ years of related experience. Current TS/SCI Desired Skills: •ITIL v3 Foundations; ITIL v3 Intermediate (ST or SO) Required Education (including Major): •High School Diploma This position requires a U.S. Person. 120177
