Position Description

WHAT DOES A GREAT BUSINESS ANALYST, ADVISORY DO:

The Business Analyst – Integration role provides design and business analyst support for integrated third-party service suppliers (Suppliers) and supports inquiries regarding third party integrations from clients, third party suppliers and other Fiserv associates. This involves troubleshooting of software design use issues, providing mentorship on configuration and customization of the software, and chipping in to project implementation tasks when assigned. Business Analysts work closely with other team members and interacts with the development and QA teams. This role conducts regular meetings with all assigned third party suppliers and reports, researches and documents proposed improvement cases/issues to resolution. Provides Weekly Case Summary Report and meeting agenda prior to account meetings. The Business Analyst for integrations role will also be responsible for documenting Business Requirements (BRD) and Product Requirements (PRD) for assigned third party Suppliers cases and integrations.

As a Business Analyst, Advisory, you can look forward to:

  • Account Support for third party Suppliers.

  • Maintain/develop positive relationships with assigned third party Suppliers to understand new/additional PCLender services that can be offered.

  • Maintain high-level of knowledge with Suppliers product suite and services to ensure an understanding of the standard methodology uses recommended for Clients.

  • Maintain and demonstrate acceptable levels of competency and understand of the user experience and workflow requirements for all job functions within PCLender Loan Origination System.

  • Maintain and demonstrate acceptable levels of competency and understand the user experience and workflow requirements within PCLender online applications and portals.

  • Maintain and demonstrate acceptable levels of competency and understand of the Administrative functionality used to configure user experience and workflow requirements within PCLender Loan Origination System and PCLender online applications and portals.

  • Seek opportunities to add new Supplier Services (technologies) to existing Client configurations to deepen relationships and improve efficiency, capability and Client experience.

  • Have working knowledge of extraordinary supplier support cases to prioritize cases and ensure that the appropriate resources are identified and prioritized for resolutions when prioritized.

  • Ensure cases are properly documented and follow up communications are completed per SLA objectives.

  • Track and manage supplier cases and communication within appropriate PCLender CRM and ticketing systems.

  • Ensure PCLender CRM account and contact records are properly maintained with updated information.

  • Ensure all business and technical requirements are properly documented daily within PCLender ticketing management tool.

  • Assist with QA testing for new and or improved supplier integrations.

  • Complete Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Product Requirements Documents (PRD) for Suppliers as needed and/or assigned.

  • Track and handle billable Supplier support services provided by PCLender resources within PCLender ticketing system per agreements.

  • Collaborate with case owner(s) or PCLender Professional Services contact to document requirements for existing and new custom development requirements.

  • Provide continuing training for Client and Professional Service teams as it relates to new or updated Supplier features/functionality.

  • Provide client training and mentoring on use of Supplier systems and PCLender integrations to Supplier systems/services.

  • Assist with the development and refinement of job aids ad training collateral that will assist users and system administrators with better experiences of utilizing Suppliers services and LOS integration to services.

  • Produce activity, opportunity, potential threat reports and other reports as required by PCLender management, resellers and referral channel partners.

  • Establish and maintain usage reporting for Supplier services and PCLender integrations to Supplier systems/services.

  • Raise client issues to Customer Support Manager when SLA and or Client relationships are at risk.

  • Other responsibilities as defined and assigned by PCLender management team.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:

  • 5 years’ experience in mortgage banking and/or LOS software administration.

  • Proficiency with understanding and documenting workflow and technical requirements for mortgage banking products and services.

  • Proficiency with technical requirements associated with web services, XML, HTML code, web security methods and application connectivity.

  • Excellent analytical skills, excellent verbal, written and social communication. Possess stellar listening skills.

  • Ability to interpret Client questions and choose the optimal troubleshooting path; be able to understand Client requirements, document in company ticketing system and explain requirements to developers and employees at different levels.

  • Experience in Business Analyst expectations and Production Support management.

  • Good organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks. Shown ability to follow through on all assigned tasks or responsibilities.

  • Training and documentation experience.

  • Ability to identify root causes of problems, and offer dedicated solutions/suggestions.

  • Ability to work under time constraints and manage multiple tasks concurrently.

  • Ability to see an issue through to completion.

  • Previous PCLender LOS experience desirable.

  • Self-starter with the ability to consistently exceed goals.

  • Detail oriented with superior service skills.

  • Ability to handle Client expectations effectively.

  • Proficiency in Dynamics, SalesForce, Jira, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Crystal Reports.

  • Excellent analytical skills, excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication. Possess stellar listening skills.
