The Billing Representative is responsible for the following:

• Analyze contracts and compliance guidelines to ensure deductions are accurate and dispute if necessary

• Utilize vendor portal systems to review payment discrepancies, compliance ratings and dispute chargebacks

• Lead, train and manage invoice adjustments for multiple businesses

• Resolution of blocked or failed sales orders and billing documents to ensure accurate and timely processing/invoicing

• Resolution of payment discrepancies

• Management of SAP output document routings

• Issuance of billing corrections/adjustments

• Creation of billing documents from multiples sales order types as needed

• Investigate, troubleshoot and fix various SAP problems, invoicing issues such as incorrect amount, reconciliation of customer’s accounts and invoices

• Process month end closing transactions as needed for external and internal sales

• Understand and adhere to all Sox controls

Education:

• Bachelors Degree in a related field (business, accounting, finance, sales, marketing etc.)

Experience/Qualifications

• 1-2 years relevant previous accounting, finance, accounts payable, or accounts receivable experience

• Excellent communication skills both oral and written is required

• Excellent computer skills; including strong proficiency in Excel and Word are required; SAP experience desired

• Candidate must have ability to quickly grasp complex processes and systems

• Strong prioritization, planning, math and analytical skills

• Must work well under pressure and with time demands

• Individual must have the ability to contribute independently and within a team setting

• Must be self-motivated, extremely organized, able to multi-task in a dynamic business environment and have the ability to work well with others
