Functional Responsibilities:The Analyst will support all aspects of Treasury Operations activitiesSupport the management of cash flow and banking operationsSupport cash forecasting processContribute to the global cash management strategyResearch economic trendsMonitor investmentsProcess daily activitiesPerform wire/ACH transfers and review bank activity reports to ensure that all payments made by and to the bank are processed appropriatelyProcess tax paymentsPrepare data for auditsParticipate in special projectsRegularly review bank treasury policies and procedures that establish suitable controls over bank treasury operation and recommend updates as necessaryParticipate in cross-functional bank teams or Firm-wide committees, especially with respect to financial risk managementCollaborate with other teams across the organization to coordinate financial planning and risk managementAssist the Treasurer with cash and liquidity risksQualifications Required:Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Economics, or Accounting3 years experience in treasury/cash management, banking, or related field required1 year Treasury experience within a bank highly preferredKnowledge of banking regulations/rules highly preferredAbility to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and interpersonal skillsProblem Solving:Ability to analyze and manage highly complex situations related to a broad spectrum of business topics, processes or improvement opportunities and recommend solutions or improvements to management (including executive level management) in a clear and concise mannerAbility to anticipate problems, recommend and execute solutions.
