KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Automation to join our Digital Labor organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the automation resources to deliver complex multiple projects on time and to budget, lead efforts to elicit, gather, and document strategies and processes with multiple stakeholders

  • Develop and maintain Digital Labor Center of Excellence (CoE) methodology and to enable communication/negotiation with others on efforts

  • Manage the tasks, timeline, scope, and day to day communication with multiple stakeholders

  • Experience in creating and utilizing Process Flow, Use Case, Project Plan, and other deliverables

  • Seek and build relationships through assignments and associated stakeholder engagements to enhance delivery and to better understand, identify, and work through issues; effectively escalate with cross functional leaders, direct and indirect management of resources

Qualifications:

  • Minimum seven years of experience managing multiple concurrent work streams, documenting processes, and leveraging best-suited methodologies and practices; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

  • Ability to lead team members by setting reasonable goals and expectations; Proven track record in building and managing high performing teams

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead, manage and interact professionally with a diverse team of resources

  • Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work in a high-pressure team environment, handle multiple tasks and react quickly to problems and issues; experience operating in a large enterprise environment and understanding of implementation of systems at scale

  • Experience with Digital Labor concepts and tools (e.g. Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) preferred; Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) and Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
