MERS Goodwill is looking for experienced, passionate, and high energy individual to join at our Slate Office located in Downtown, St. Louis. The position is full-time weekdays, has excellent benefits, provide support to upper-level management and will work under the Department Director of the program.

Job Duties:

  • Coordinate special projects, and provide support to the fiscal department

  • Provide support to upper-level management and access MOJobs and other specialized databases to input data as needed and run reports

  • Manage and maintain required files per regulations, and perform administrative duties such as faxing, filing, copying, and proofreading

  • Prepare agendas and research materials for meetings, and organize and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts

  • Manage calendars and appointments and compose and prepare correspondence

  • Arrange detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas within budget, and compile documents for travel-related meetings

  • Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to upper-level management, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature

  • Provide a bridge for smooth communication between departments

  • Take meeting minutes as needed

  • Other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree and in a related field strongly preferred and 1+ years experience working with workforce development required.

  • Excellent customer service, verbal/written communication required.

  • Valid state drivers' license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance required.
