Champion Window Sunroom Support Specialist in St. Louis (Fenton), Missouri
As a Sunroom Support Specialist, your main responsibilities will be to review sales contracts, field measure sheets, field work orders and labor bills for accuracy and completeness. Also, you will be responsible for pricing out (parring), ordering jobs and assisting in managing division sunroom inventory.
Accurately parring a sales contract using the Champion sunroom measure forms.
Enter all new installation orders into the Champion ordering system. Verify all information from both the Contract and the Install Technician is correct before sending order to the factory for production.
Uploading all documents to the electronic storage files.
Organize and maintain customer records
Tracking local sunroom inventory
Pre-ordering sunroom glass
Updating data into all necessary databases.
Other miscellaneous duties to support the sunroom business
High school diploma or GED equivalent
5 year’s residential construction experience
Good Excel skills
Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail
Excellent written and oral communication skills including phone skills
