Expedia Technical Solutions Analyst II Do you enjoy solving mysteries? Using investigative skills to determine what happened and when? Technical Solutions and Tools (TST) provides an outstanding opportunity to learn how EG technology platforms work and to take action when issues arise! The Technical Solutions Analyst II provides timely and accurate solutions to technical issues for internal and external partners. ## What you’ll do: * Investigate and resolve issues by gathering, analyzing, and effectively communicating data * Help the team support multiple lines of business by being an SME in at least one area * Collect pertinent information and raise issues that cannot be resolved * Support implementation of new EG technologies * Provide direct technical support for our top chains and partners experiencing downtime * Guide and mentor Tier 1 analysts * Continually looks for ways to improve our processes and provide solutions to scale ## Who you are: * 2+ years of experience in an analytical problem-solving role involving research and solution design in a technology environment. * Understands the importance of system and technology integration. * Is familiar with functions of at least one coding language, SQL or Python preferred. * Gifted at storytelling with data. * Outstanding communicator. * Motivated and responsible, with an attention to detail. * Solid teammate who enjoys working in a collaborative setting. ## Why join us?
