The Senior Business Transformation Professional defines the sales product strategy for single or multiple lines of business targeting specific markets and/or business segments. Responsibilities

The Senior Business Transformation Professional defines the sales product strategy for single or multiple lines of business targeting specific markets and/or business segments. The Senior Business Transformation Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

The Senior Business Transformation Professional develops key performance indicators to drive sales program effectiveness and to ensure cost efficiencies. Provide data driven expertise and management reporting to improve sales performance and increase market share. Develop go to market strategies and identify new business opportunities to increase overall sales portfolio. Identify key areas of improvement through trend and utilization analysis. Collaborate closely with business leaders, marketing and finance to ensure effective, strategic, and competitive sales plans. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. Become part of the transformation journey for the Inside Sales Organization to become futuristic and next gen through various enterprise wide programs and interoperability.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with business strategy and transformation and process improvement

  • 2+ years of experience managing large to midscale projects

  • Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint

  • Comfortable in presenting information to leadership

  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting financial trends

  • Prior experience working in a healthcare/health solutions industry

  • Experience with PowerBI
