Humana has an amazing opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Professional in our Recruiter II Variable Staffing Pool( VSP) opportunity. The Recruiter II will be a key member of a team that works strategically with hiring leaders throughout their alignment to attract, identify, and hire excellent talent for on the leaders in healthcare. Within this opportunity the Recruiter II will lead and manager multiple positions as well as small to large scale hiring initiatives for Humana's high volume engagements.
This role is Variable Staffing Pool( VSP), Variable Staffing Pool Humana associates work flexible hours to meet business needs, with no guaranteed minimum or maximum number of hours in any week. This role is also eligible for limited benefits.
The Recruiter II VSP is 100% remote with a limited benefits package.
What we need your help with:
Manage multiple positions as well as small to large scale hiring initiatives throughout the full recruitment life cycle.
Strategize with hiring leaders throughout the hiring process to attract and hire top talent to the organization.
Optimize recruiting tools & resources such as Workday, Modern Hire, and Symphony Talent CRM, to increase efficiency throughout the recruiting life cycle.
Develop recruiting strategies including market, industry and labor data to consult hiring leaders & create a competitive advantage to attract talent needed.
Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and engagement approaches with an ability to manage customer expectations.

3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a metrics driven environment
1+ years of experience managing high volume hiring initiatives
Experience managing & prioritizing staffing needs, projects, and client relationships
Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
Highly self-motivated and driven to go above and beyond what is require
As a remote associate you must have a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information. Required: the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role). A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) is required.
5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a metrics driven environment
2+ years of experience managing high volume hiring initiatives
Prior recruiting experience within both corporate and agency recruitment environments
Prior experience utilizing multiple recruiting tools and systems preferably WorkDay ATS, Modern Hire, and Symphony Talent CRM
