The Larson Group Digital Marketing Specialist in Springfield, Missouri

The Larson Group, one of the largest award-winning Peterbilt dealer groups in the country, is looking to fill a Digital Marketing Specialist position to join our marketing team in Springfield, MO. This person will assist the marketing team in the implementation of all marketing activities by working to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and ultimately generate new business leads. This position is for someone who is a quick learner has strong prioritization and project management skills and can handle multiple projects at once. The ideal candidate for this role will also be working independently as well as part of a team. This is an exciting opportunity at a thriving and innovative organization. Responsibilities: * Design and write print and digital material * Shoot photos and video with professional grade equipment to assemble and build a media bank and for use in marketing campaigns * Successfully coordinate, produce and execute digital marketing campaigns to ultimately generate results * Work with internal departments in multiple regions on various marketing and branding initiatives * Support the marketing department by measuring campaign results and providing reporting * Utilize technology and creatively work with all levels of employees to identify effective and efficient ways to best serve customers’ (B2B/B2C) wide range of needs * Engage and connect with customers through our ongoing social media campaigns * Maintain and update content on our websites and create landing pages to support digital marketing campaigns * Write stories and internal communication pieces * Network with a wide variety of industry leaders and professionals for sponsorship, event and media opportunities * Assist with email campaigns (design, implement and monitor results) * Assist in nationwide recruitment efforts * Spot marketing trends and work with leadership team on tracking ROI * Develop strategies for content creation, customer event planning and internal communication Qualifications: * Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) in marketing, public relations, communication, journalism or related field * Two or more years of experience in the workforce * Experience with graphic design, social media and photo editing * Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms * Excellent time management and interpersonal skills * Must be detail oriented, a problem solver, clear communicator and team player * Should also be proactive and a self-starter with the ability to work independently * Experience with Adobe Create Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects) * Comfortable with Apple/Mac Products * Email service Provider experience  * Must translate ideas into meaningful concepts and use your skills to build the TLG brand as an industry leader Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled
