Wyndham Destinations Call Center Recruiter (Contract) in Springfield, Missouri

We are currently looking for a Recruiter (Contract role) to support our Reservations Contact Center in Springfield, MO. The Recruiter will effectively drive and manage the full life cycle recruiting process to attract top talent in a timely and cost effective manner. You will strategically source, identify, screen and refer quality applicants to our hiring managers while supporting our "Count on Me" culture. This position will solely be responsible for filling New Hire classes for Inbound Call Center Representative positions.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and conduct recruiting strategy meetings to understand candidate profile

  • Perform Full Cycle recruiting for Non Exempt (Hourly) job openings for Inbound Customer Service Representative positions

  • Responsible for creating requisition in ATS (Taleo), setting approval path, reviewing resumes, prescreening/interviewing candidates, scheduling interviews and partnering with hiring manager through the selection and offer process.

  • Proactively source and identify talent using traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates such as Indeed, career fairs, local college and community network events, etc.

  • Administer appropriate per employment assessments and video/audio interviewing

  • Manage internal transfer process including screening, coordination of interview with hiring manager, transfer form, offer letter, etc.

  • Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with internal and external clients and human resources colleagues

  • Communicate important employment information during delivery of employment offers (i.e. benefits, compensation, etc.)

  • Manage per employment process to ensure a smooth transition from offer to background check cleared status.

Job e xperience

  • 2+ years Non-Exempt Recruiting experience preferably in a high volume call center

  • Demonstrated experience partnering with business leaders and providing full life cycle recruiting for a variety of professionals including collections, customer service, marketing, human resources, communications, technology, finance, and other business service groups

  • Experience recruiting in the Springfield, MO area

Technical Skills

  • Intermediate to Advanced PC skills in MS World, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Skills in MS SharePoint preferred

  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo preferred) & internet recruiting
