The Boeing Company Trade Control Specialist in Saint Louis, Missouri
Boeing Global Trade Controls (GTC) is seeking a trade compliance professional to join its Global Services team.
The selected candidate will collaborate among organizations (to include Boeing business units and other functions) to develop and execute trade control (export and import) strategies, obtain required authorizations/licenses, and leverage best practices to strategically manage risks.
The ideal candidate will be an innovative thinker, demonstrate a global mindset, and be adaptable to changing needs. She/he will have a history of resilience in fast paced environments, will be skilled at project management, and talented in all forms of communication.
Position Responsibilities: -Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with business partners and peers. -Learn and understand complexities of diverse businesses and related trade compliance requirements. -Develop and execute trade control strategies to enable business execution. -Identify trade compliance risks and develop mitigation plans.

*Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):* - Experience with regulatory compliance, regulatory analysis or working with US or International trade regulations
*Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):* -Experience with ITAR, EAR, and/or OFAC regulations. -Experience with non-US export/import regulations. * Typical Education / Experience:* Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
*Security Clearance and Export Control Requirements:* This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
