Kforce Talent Acquisition Manager in Saint Louis, Missouri

Kforce has a client seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager in Saint Louis, Missouri (MO).Duties Include:

  • Develop recruitment strategies and initiatives to build talent pipeline and fill current needs with top candidates

  • Review resumes, employment applications, portfolios and other credentials; conduct phone screens, in-person interviews and pre-employment assessments; screen and refer candidates for additional interviews; and conduct reference checks for all company locations both domestic and international

  • Keep all stakeholders apprised of current recruiting activity and long-term impact of recruiting programs

  • Ensure candidates designated for referral to hiring managers possess the highest caliber of qualifications, skills and experience and coordinate/schedule follow up on outcome of interviews with hiring managers

  • Work with hiring department to complete job requisition, obtain required approvals and post to applicant tracking system and external recruitment sources

  • In collaboration with HR, draft employment postings and other supporting materials that accurately and concisely summarize position duties and qualifications

  • Conduct training programs for effective interviewing skills and the use of the HRIS ATS system

  • Maintain all applicant and interview data; assist in compiling reports via ATS resource to analyze department trends and KPI's

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Five years of recruiting/interviewing for positions at a variety of levels

  • PHR or SPHR certification is preferred

  • Experience with an on-line applicant tracking system

  • Social media recruitment strategy and execution

  • International experience a plus

  • High level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidential information

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task; organized and detail oriented

  • Knowledge of applicable Federal, State, Local and International employment laws, regulations, rules and best practices in recruitment and selection
