GENERAL DUTIES: The Staffing and Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for ownership of the "wing-to wing" hiring process including: consulting with HR and Hiring Managers in order to post accurate and applicable job descriptions, reviewing resumes, assessing candidates, screening and submitting qualified talent to client business partners, scheduling phone and onsite interviews, and accurate and timely updating of the applicant tracking system to ensure compliance and facilitate proper closing of open roles. JOB DUTIES: * Consult and educate Hiring Managers on accurate and compliant job description creation * Conduct "Intake Sessions" with HR and/or Hiring Managers to understand critical components of the job posted, determine basic and desired qualifications, and gather business and industry knowledge--to be used to develop subject matter expertise in order to identify/assess talent, and drive the hiring process. * Maintain database accuracy and comply with all standards, guidelines, policies and procedure as directed by client and Yoh management. * Rigorous data management specifically related to candidates involved in the interviewing and hiring process * Effective and professional communication with key client business leaders and candidates * Timely tracking and updating of candidate status to ensure effective reporting and metrics capabilities. * Maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care-Responsible for maintenance and clean-up of approx. 30 job folders * Act as initial point of contact for hiring managers and provide guidance regarding additional steps and resources available throughout the hiring process. * Escalate recruiting requests to HRM for proper assignment * Maintain database accuracy and comply with all standards, guidelines, policies and procedure as directed by client and Yoh management. * Rigorous data management specifically related to candidates involved in the interviewing and hiring process * Effective and professional communication with key client business leaders and candidates * Timely tracking and updating of candidate status to ensure effective reporting and metrics capabilities. * Coordinate and schedule phone interviews between candidates and members of hiring team * Receive and provide feedback to and from candidates and hiring managers * Coordinate and schedule onsite interviews for both candidate and interview team * Meet and greet candidates during onsite interviews and visits * Collection of candidate data and paperwork for system uploading and compliance purposes KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES: * Ability to organize work assignments and work independently. * Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast paced environment. * Exceptional attention to detail, interpersonal, and organizational skills a MUST. * Familiarity with the broader HR Process, with an in-depth understanding of Staffing processes * Proficient computer skills in Word and Excel a must. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work in an ambiguous environment, and proactively anticipate client needs MINIMUM EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE * Bachelor degree highly preferred-- Human Resources, Business, Management, * Minimum of 2 years prior professional work experience can include internships * Current experience in RPO environment, or minimum of 1 year prior work experience in HR, environment Yoh makes finding and applying for jobs simple.
