How will you make an impact?
Due to recent expansion, we are hiring for a Site Finance Manager that will own the deployment of the financial infrastructure at a new site that is under construction in San Francisco, California! In this newly crafted role, you will be a key member of the ERP implementation team tasked with installing SAP S4 Hana. You will serve as the link between the San Francisco site and division finance leadership located in St. Louis. In addition to the installation of finance modules, you will build close partnerships with local managers who are leading the implementation of other modules in SAP, including but not limited to materials management, warehouse management, and production modules. Following the successful implementation of SAP S4/Hana, you will transition into the traditional Site Finance Manager role, assuming responsibility for day-to-day site support, financial planning, financial reporting, and administration of internal controls.
What will you do?
Partner with other finance team members to deploy financial policies and processes at new manufacturing facility.
Lead the implementation of FI module at the site, ensuring that the implementation is aligned with financial policies and processes.
Provide detailed advice to support the implementation of other modules that are included with the SAP S4/Hana ERP installation.
Provide daily financial support to local on-site team.
Conduct site level month end close responsibilities.
Prepare monthly forecast and annual operating plans.
Other projects and duties as assigned.
How will you get here?
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting and/or finance, MBA a plus, CPA a plus.
Demonstrated ability in accounting, reporting, and/or financial analysis
SAP S4/Hana experience is a requirement; Hyperion experience is a plus.
Experience related to fixed asset and property accounting is preferred
Experience in a manufacturing accounting preferred
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Ability to coordinate and prioritize results, reacting calmly to pressure and changing priorities
Strong attention to detail, complimented by excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven track record working with professional discretion and confidential information
Ability to function in a constantly evolving environment
Ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
Please note there will be 25% of travel required for this role
