POSITION SUMMARY As the Salesforce Analyst , you will take ownership of and build out our Salesforce analytics program at for the Sales organization at Company . This is an exciting role where you will work on not only performing analyses, but also driving how we structure and configure our Salesforce tool, align our data architecture, and help define and support our marketing analytics approach contributing to improved sales and marketing optimization. We are passionate about using data to help us make better decisions about the team s sales and marketing activities and investments that create and accelerate pipeline for our Sales teams. This position utilizes technical aptitude and business experience to provide business support to key internal Company clients to help ensure satisfaction with internal CRM systems Salesforce in alignment with ESI business objectives. Consults with new sales and other ESI areas to provide analysis and direction on Salesforce. The Salesforce Analyst will be responsible for management of complex multi-disciplined CRM projects focusing one the Salesforce platform while also working with other technological systems such as Marketo and Pega based solutions. The Salesforce Analyst will work with key stakeholders to understand and define business requirements and work directly with technologists to further develop the tool along with analyzing data outputs to share market and business insights for further sale activity optimization. The Salesforce Analyst will proactively solicit, gather and analyze user input and requirements while also collaborating with counterparts in IT project, development, QA managers and development resources to create and validate business requirements. This role would be pivotal in enhancing the strategy efficiency, overall productivity, and effectiveness of the sales team as it pertains to Salesforce. The Salesforce Analyst will look at trends/outputs from the tool to provide robust reporting to leadership and help guide new sales and new sales leadership. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Develop customized reports, dashboards, and processes within Salesforce platform to enhance visibility to pipelines, and forecasts. * Analyze database metrics to ensure sales optimization. * Work with cross-functional teams to collect data and generate competitive strategies to meet sales targets. * Provide operational support to SVP of Sales, and sales operations teams in Salesforce related issues . * Participate on global ESI CRM related projects and process improvement activities as needed. * Partner closely with Salesforce Administrator on effective and efficient enhancements to the tools. * Review, collaborate and design Salesforce architecture and configuration to reflect current and forecasted business needs.Min * Improve, monitor and report on sales forecasting and pipeline management.
