SSM Health Revenue Cycle Vendor Management Coordinator in Saint Louis, Missouri




  • Responsible for supporting Revenue Cycle vendor related activities including requests for access to or termination from SSM systems, corporate contract review submissions, invoice processing and inventory reconciliations.

  • Maintains database of vendor staff confidentiality agreements.

  • Supports new vendor implementation process and hand-off to operations teams.

  • Reports and facilitates resolution of file transfer issues between the organization and the vendor.

  • Manages all vendor requests for access to SSM systems and terminations of access.

  • Supports vendor inventory reconciliation process.

  • Assists as needed with preparation and analysis of vendor performance.

  • Supports processing of vendor invoices for payment.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.


  • High school diploma or equivalent


  • Three years' experience


  • Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.

  • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.

  • Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.

  • Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.

  • Frequent keyboard use/data entry.

  • Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.

  • Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.

  • Rare climbing.
