The Reporting Manager position reports into the Wells Fargo Advisors (WFA) Client Information & Insights Team (CI&I), which supports the WFA Client Platform team, Digital & Automated Investing and WIM Digital Marketing. The Client Information & Insights team is responsible for providing recommendations and reporting to team members across WFA Client Platforms, Digital & Automated Investing and WIM Digital Marketing. The reporting and analysis the CI&I team develops is used by those groups to inform and prioritize the development or improvement of products or offers. This position will be responsible for managing recurring report production and distribution. In addition to this the role will also be responsible for the development of new reports, enhancements to existing reports and the creation of data visualizations as requested by our aforementioned partners and the data science team within CI&I.
- 4+ years of reporting experience, analytics experience, or a combination of both demonstrated through work or military experience; or a BS/BA degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied math, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis and 2+ years of reporting experience, analytics experience, or a combination of both
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
3+ years of Tableau experience
3+ years of SQL experience
Other Desired Qualifications
3 years of experience developing reports in Tableau
Experience modifying and updating R Scripts
