The Drucker Company Part-Time Accounting Clerk and Office Administrator in SAINT LOUIS, Missouri

Job Summary: Provides a variety of bookkeeping and accounting functions as well as administrative support functions including assistance with document control.

Reports To: Financial Controller

Key Duties and Responsibilities:· Performs bookkeeping duties including bank deposits & reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable· Maintains bookkeeping files· Performs clerical and other related duties as required· Provides back-up Finance Team Leader support· Other duties as required, including support for organizational leadership team

Qualifications:· 2-year diploma in a related field preferred, with a minimum 5 years bookkeeping and payrollexperience· Must have excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word· Demonstrated ability to perform multi tasks in an environment where prioritiescan change rapidly· Demonstrated ability to manage and operate a computerized accounting andpayroll system· Good time management skills and the ability to anticipate and manage achanging workflow· Good oral and written communication skills
