H2M Group Office Management/Staff Officer (Level 3) in Saint Louis, Missouri
Our team is looking for a Staff Officer professional to provide administrative and program support to the reasonable accommodation program in ODE. This position will provide aid the reasonable accommodation program in ODE by providing and coordinating disability-related services to individuals with disabilities, as well as perform a wide range of administrative functions and tasks to senior leadership.
Staff Officer duties include, but are not limited to:
Manage the day-to-day operations, schedules, calendars, development, preparation, maintenance, and reporting of strategic communication and program plans, task management, and travel for the Director and Deputy Director of ODE.
Provide communications support in managing the day-to-day activities required to research, advise, update, and implement the ODE communications strategy and educate the client's workforce. Scheduling and coordinating meetings, calendars, and events; gathering, inputting, and retrieving electronic data; maintaining files and folders.
Researching and analyzing information and data to prepare reports, presentations, and papers; prepares routine correspondence in accordance with the client's standards
Prepare and distribute briefing and read-ahead materials
Disability Support Worker duties may include (as needed basis):
Note taking at meetings
Keyboard mouse navigation and keyboard typing
Holding and movement of materials
Dialing and answering the telephone
Lifting maps and charts, filing, and other general administrative function
Active TS/SCI clearance
Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Experience performing administrative duties in an office setting
Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology or equivalent experience within related field
7 years experience working in an administrative support role - aiding individuals with disabilities is a plus!
