In support of this mission, Marketing is responsible for developing integrated marketing strategies across Wells Fargo’s business lines and geographies; leading brand strategy; leveraging deep insights and analytics about consumers and businesses; executing customer messaging across all channels and touchpoints; and building out capabilities that move toward real-time, always-on, personalized and compelling messaging and digital experiences.

Wells Fargo’s Integrated Marketing team is responsible for translating customer, business, and brand strategies into compelling, relevant campaigns and distributing cross-channel content that drives business impact. This Marketing Program Manager role will be focused on supporting integrated cross-channel marketing campaigns targeting Diverse Segments, small-to-medium programs and the overall customer experience that support the Wells Fargo Brand and protect its reputation, driving favorability and consideration among customers and prospects. This role is responsible for initiating, defining, and/or managing (in partnership with other experts/teams) the detailed marketing campaigns for diverse segments across all channels, with particular emphasis on programs reaching the Hispanic segment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Develop & Manage Integrated Marketing Campaigns

  • Serve as “front door” for Diverse Segments campaigns into Integrated Marketing for OC Marketing and Marketing & Brand Strategy partners

  • Execute the marketing campaign, including creation of campaign brief and defining the following for each program/campaign: Channel Mix, Product Positioning and Value Propositions, Messaging/Creative Strategy, Targeting and Testing Strategy, Timing or sequencing, and Integration with offline efforts

  • Translate business & marketing strategies into cross-touch-point communication plans with intentional, readable Test & Learn design to support a learning agenda

  • Project manage the marketing campaign through the end-to-end lifecycle

  • Lead creative and content development for online and offline advertising, as well as social media; tapping into SMEs/functions to support/enable campaign success

  • Oversee work across IM and Execution teams to deliver customer-focused campaigns that drive awareness and engagement

  • Partner with L&C to facilitate approval of creative for all channels

Drive Channel Strategy & Creative Development

  • Collaborate with internal/external agencies on paid & owned media planning, as well as creative development across multiple traditional, new, and emerging mediums, with a focus on third party and/or “on us” digital channels, such as onsite, secure session, mobile, social media and email

  • Reconcile creative feedback across OC Marketing, LOB partners and other stakeholders

  • Review, inform, and approve creative assets and provide approvals

  • Manage submission of all Legal, Risk & Compliance requests and consolidate feedback and approval of all creative

Analyze, Communicate, and Take Action on Campaign Performance

  • Analyze marketing campaign performance in collaboration with Channel and analytics teams, determine actions, implement campaign changes to optimize results, and re-forecast results

  • Measure KPI’s from marketing campaigns and create executive level communication

Lead media & content integrations, program activations and management of advertising talent

  • Develop and implement content integration and activations, including sponsorship-related, that support broader brand building initiatives, collaborating with vendors, media & agency partners, legal/risk/compliance and key stakeholders across the enterprise

  • Partner with creative agencies and internal teams to manage talent needs and contractual obligations for paid advertising across Integrated Marketing

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of marketing experience

  • Bilingual speaking, reading, and writing proficiency in Spanish/English

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and understanding of multicultural marketing to diverse segments

  • Experience in a complex, digital marketing operations environment

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
