U.S. Bank Lead On Site Vendor Auditor- Collections in SAINT LOUIS, Missouri
Responsible for leading a group of On Site Vendor Auditors in regards to the day to day operations as well as delivering satisfactory results within the specified deadline's. Will assist with hiring and will have full responsibility for coaching and training of new hires. Responsibility also includes regulatory and compliance oversight and reviews of third party agencies that support Post Charge-Off Credit Card Collection activities for the Bank. Conducts monthly off and on site review of agencies to ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulatory requirements as well as compliance with contracts and service level agreements with U.S. Bank. Reviews consist of both recorded and live side by side call monitoring, transactional reviews, special account handling requirements, as well as on site agency management engagement and oversight. Responsible for completing an analysis and writing a report for senior bank management on the results of the monthly reviews. Works directly with agency management teams in remediating findings to mitigate potential risks. Incumbent will be required to work other projects as assigned.

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Three to five years of experience in collections and financial services industry
One to two years of management/supervisory experience
General knowledge of loan collection techniques, policies, procedures, and principles of credit lending
Working understanding of collection laws and regulations
Basic knowledge of consumer, residential, commercial and/or dealer originated installment lending as applicable
Some knowledge of on-line collection systems
Basic knowledge of general organizational operations and procedures
Strong planning and organizational skills
Good managerial skills
Ability to resolve moderate problems with minimal guidance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
