Kforce HR Resource Assistant in Saint Louis, Missouri

Kforce has a client that is seeking a HR Resource Assistant in Creve Coeur, MO.Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entry, maintenance, governance of the complex GHP data structure

  • Responsible for the integrity of our core HR data; While ensuring alignment with upstream and downstream processes and systems

  • Serves as a single point of contact for HR Generalist and HRBP's managing organization changes and design; Providing guidance, consultation, and education on the best approach for the data structure

  • Manages reorganization process and final structure and integrity of data

  • Ensures alignment with HR policies, practices, governance and data standards

  • Continually audits data to ensure accuracy; Independently and proactively identifies

  • investigates, and recommends opportunities for improvement

  • Responsible for the end to end entry, management, governance and design of the data integrity and structure of assigned business unit HR data within core HR system

  • Ensures alignment and adherence to local and global data standards

  • Continually audits data to ensure data integrity

  • Identifies any potential issues and works to ensure correction and preventative measures to reduce any future issues

  • Provide advice, consult and oversight on HR data structure ensuring alignment with upstream and downstream systems and processes

  • Supports data from organizational changes

  • Serves as a subject matter expert on the HR data structure and processes, on cross-functional teams to provide appropriate solutions from an HR perspective

  • Provide superior customer service and key stakeholder engagement to ensure business needs are anticipated and resolved in a timely manner

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field

  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR Organizational Management and Personnel Data Administration SAP with 2 or more years of demonstrated data management experience

  • Ability to manage and lead multiple assignments and projects while providing exceptional customer support and service

  • Strong attention to detail and ownership/management of data for business partner teams; Providing advice and counsel on appropriate design and timing of data changes and structure

  • Demonstrates competency with Excel

  • Self-motivator, team contributor and agility are extremely important to be successful in this role
