Kforce has a client in search of an HR Business Systems Analyst in Saint Louis, MO.Key Tasks:
Responsible for providing support for owners of the business process
Responsible for Partnering with Business stakeholders and translating needs to functional requirements
Required to interpret business/functional requirements in technical terms for IT
Responsible for participating actively in managing change
Work to liaise effectively with Business Process owners, IT and PMO
Certified Business Analysis practitioner (CBAP or PMPBA) with 2 years of experience in talent acquisition technology
Adept in partnering with business stakeholders and translating needs to requirements using structured techniques (Interviewing, JAD, brainstorming, storyboarding, modelling)
Experience developing various Business Analysis artifacts
Experience in business process reengineering, procedures development and documentation, and project leadership
