Major responsibilities
Assemble correspondence and pleadings, as well as make arrangements for service on parties
Produce court filings, either on paper and electronically as required
Answer incoming calls and assist in handling high volume phone lines
Manage the case calendar and keep an eye on deadlines
Produce a variety of documents and correspondence
Collaborate with attorneys on key discovery and client intake
Consistently uphold standards of confidentiality
Partake in preparing exhibit binders for depositions, hearings and trials
Maintain the electronic document system as well as file hard copies of documents

Self-driven motivator who takes initiative on projects with a strong ability to understand and solve creative challenges
Able to handle multiple assignments, work well under pressure, and have the flexibility to assist the team in meeting client demands on accelerated schedules
Foundational knowledge in Draft Pleadings
Background working with Google Docs
Family Law Firm experience required
Google Calendar experience highly preferred
Family law experience
Practical knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
Deep understanding of Discovery
Adeptness in Legal Pleadings
Earlier work involving Google Cloud Platform
General familiarity with Apple Macintosh
Preparing Pleadings experience
Demonstrated knowledge of pleadings
Previous legal work experience and a dedication to integrity
Hunger to discover new ideas and learn quickly
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company
Demonstrated knowledge of Internet research, calendaring, word processing and spreadsheets
Incoming phone call management skills desired
Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
