The FP&A Analyst will provide direct support for all FP&A efforts as assigned by the FP&A Manager, including financial and business analysis, annual planning, forecasting, financial modeling, strategic planning, and special projects.
Assist with the execution of enterprise-wide analytics projects and strategic initiatives, translating business goals into actionable solutions.
Serve as a strategic partner for assigned business units as well as point of escalation and accountability to ensure effective partnership and satisfaction.
Partner cross-functionally at all levels of the organization and effectively, both verbally and visually, communicate finding and insights to non-technical business partners.
Assist with development of enterprise reporting tools and dashboards while driving processes to rapidly deliver data-driven insights and recommendations.
Assist with preparation of monthly financial packages and reports and provide insights to enable business decisions.
Develop and maintain financial models for new and existing business initiatives.
Lead the annual budget and forecasting process for assigned business units.
Strong analytical, written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
Excellent Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, and Power BI skills
Experience working with an ERP package (Microsoft Dynamics, AX, etc.) preferred.
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business with an emphasis in accounting or finance and three years of experience in an analytics role OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
